Carlyle Senior Care of Fork is looking for several Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) to join our team. Open shifts include 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts with shift differentials on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant:

• Must possess a current, CNA certification
• Long Term Care experience is desired
• Desire to work with older adults

Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant:

• Provide quality nursing care to residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Maintain knowledge of the individualized care plan for residents, and provide support to the residents according to their care plan.
• Attend to the individual needs of the residents, which may include assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, communicating, or other needs in keeping with the individuals’ care requirements.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
