ACE Healthcare Solutions (ACE) is one of the fastest-growing 340B in-house community pharmacy services in Georgia and Florida. ACE is engaged in managing a number of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in-house pharmacies in GA and FL and offers specialized prescription(s) for FQHC clinics and services.

ACE is seeking an innovative, responsible, and trustworthy individual to fill the position of Pharmacy Technician. This role supports pharmacy services by making adherence calls and re-capture calls, stocking, assembling, coordinating, and dispensing medications.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- Completion of a formal education program that meets requirements for certification.
- Licensed by the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy.
- Completion of the national certification exam (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board)
Responsibilities:
- Helps health care providers and patients by greeting them in-person and over the phone, answering questions and requests, and referring inquiries to the pharmacist.
- Adhering to FQHC requirements by checking the patient’s eligibility for 340B drugs.
- Checking Medicaid patients and collecting the right information and co-pay.
- Maintains pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed medications and supplies, placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt, and removing outdated drugs.
- Maintains a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Organizes medications for pharmacists to dispense by reading medication orders and prescriptions, preparing labels, calculating quantities, assembling intravenous solutions, and other pharmaceutical therapies.
- Maintains records by recording and filing physicians' orders and prescriptions.
- Ensures medication availability by delivering medications to patients and departments.
- Completes patient refill reminder calls.
- Makes calls to introduce pharmacy services to clinic patients.
- Resolves outstanding prescription issues for various satellite locations.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
