We are seeking a DIRECTOR to join our pre-opening team for our new center in Yigo.

This is a excellent and rare opportunity to join a newly opening facility.

The successful applicant will play a vital role in planning, opening, developing, and directing the success of the business. If you enjoy childcare management and want to be a part of opening a new center, this is the opportunity for you!

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for this position...

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Must have minimum Associates Degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education).
• Experience in working in an early childhood education setting - preferably in a leadership role. (Must be able to provide professional references).
• Must be a minimum Level 3 Early Childhood Master Provider/Early Childhood Director certified by GPPD.
• Must be a team leader and able to lead, guide, and inspire others.
• Experience in developing and implementing age appropriate curriculum.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly proficient with use of technology tools (computers, tablets, interactive white boards, and other office equipment).
• THE DIRECTOR MUST HAVE A PASSION FOR THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG CHILDREN AND THE DRIVE TO SHARE THAT PASSION WITH OTHERS.
