Full Job Description

• Input of Electronic Health Records, office notes and general word documents
• Preparation of consultations and examination of patients for Doctor
• Be able to multi-task and manage up to 10 patients at a time while working alongside the doctor
• Move fast in a fast-paced environment
• Be in great communication with all patients and staff while providing care
• Provide efficient and effective customer service through multitasking, directing, and overseeing 250+ patients on a weekly basis
• Checking patients in; scheduling; recalls; collecting payments; communicating with doctor and clients effectively
• General x-ray machine operator (GMXO) desired/X-ray certification and training paid for/completion within 3 months required
• Set patients up on therapies (electrical-muscle stimulation; traction units; demonstrate/educate on patient exercises)
• HOURS: Monday: 8:45am-12pm and 1:45pm-6pm Tuesday: 8:45am-12pm and 1:45pm-6pm Wednesday: 8:45am-12pm and 1:45pm-6pm Thursday: 8:45am-12pm and 1:45pm-6pm Friday: 9am-12pm (About 33 hours a week)
• 2 weeks paid vacation, chiropractic care and Employee Retirement Plan
• Lunch is taken from 12pm-1:45pm
• Pay: $18.00
