This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00am – 2:30pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and/or weekends. Our office is located at 2720 N Tenaya Way.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide general data entry support by reviewing claims
• Conduct original data entry and re-data entry of claims
• Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
• Recognize claims by determining claim types: HCFA, Hospital, UB, and / or RX
• Meet production and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment
• 2+ years data entry experience
• Ability to type 60+ WPM’s
• Ability to train onsite for the first 2-4 weeks
• Ability to come into the office occasionally based on business needs
• Ability to work Monday - Friday from 6:00am – 2:30pm PST, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime and/or weekends based on business needs
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of working in production-based environment
• Experience working with healthcare claims
• Experience working in data entry in a healthcare setting

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Reside within Las Vegas, NV
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Physical and Work Environment:

• Extended periods of sitting at a computer and use of hands / fingers across keyboard or mouse
