Home Clean Heroes is looking for top-quality candidates with a natural smile and a love for cleaning for our Allen and McKinney customers. Our part-time cleaning specialists are responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services and a positive customer experience for each of our valued clients. They work alongside our full-time cleaning specialists and typically choose to become full-time cleaning specialists when the opportunity becomes available.
You must be:
- Available Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
- Ready to come into work at short notice usually 24 hours
- Willing to learn the Home Clean Heroes methods of cleaning, using our products and equipment
- A team player – you’ll work with a partner each day to clean homes throughout the McKinney area
- A hard worker – this is a physical (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, etc.) job
- Honest, reliable and have an eye for detail
- A good driver with a valid license without restrictions preferred but not required
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
- Willing to submit to a national background check
- Paid training program
- $15 - $17 hourly rate– no nights or weekends
- Company car provided while working
