Codilis & Moody, P.C. represents creditors in Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and Real Estate related matters. We are current seeking a full-time entry level office clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail, data entry, organizing paper and electronic documents, and monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies. Must be a team player, yet comfortable working independently and able to accurately complete work within designated time frames.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma; degree preferred
• Computer proficient and able to type 40 wpm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and able to quickly adapt to change and/or changing priorities
• Strong organizational skills
