Job description

Person will be responsible for assisting with updating the over 700 online access we maintain for our client. These are the banking accesses so the Cash Management team can pull daily reporting, bank statements, place stop payments, process wires and ACHs. They will be communicating with our accounting teams on applicable accesses that we need updating and providing update users lists. There is a big organizations component to this role as you are constantly having to follow-up with accounting and then users to ensure they are logging in to the new accesses they are receiving.

• Detailed Oriented is a must.
• Ability to multitask
• High level of organization
• strong communication is a must.
• The ability to navigate excel workbooks (filters, etc.)
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft suite (Outlook, excel, word, etc.)
• Banking experience would be a plus, more so to understand banking services and lingo.

Mailroom check handling : This is the live check process. That's a process to determine where funds should be deposited for checks that were mailed to client office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 - $36,700.00 per year
