We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated client relations specialist to provide an excellent experience to our client. You should have an extensive background in the customer service field for professional services, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time position with 100% of the work performed in-office, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

$23+ per hour depending on experience

• Assist attorneys, paralegals, and law firm staff in gathering documents and information from clients necessary to complete the client's matter
• Attend meetings with clients to sign documents
• Serve as the point of contact for clients' matters, acting as a liaison between attorneys and clients for all clients' legal matters
• Ensure 100% client satisfaction for all legal cases being handled by the firm
• Promptly respond to emails and phone calls from clients with questions, requests for updates on legal matters, and any other questions regarding each client's matter
• Contribute to increasing firm efficiency and development of processes and procedures

• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

• At least 5 years of experience working in customer service in the professional services field, such as insurance, financial advising, and medical
• Experience working with multiple technology platforms and programs, such as CRMs and other client management software
• Superior skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Familiarity with the law is preferred, but not required (specific familiarity with Estate Planning and Business Law will be highly valued)
