The Client Service Administrator position includes a variety of assigned projects and tasks to support members of the client service team. Moneta is actively hiring Client Service Administrators to support client team operations by providing overall assistance to Partners and team members on various tasks and projects. Learn to enhance processes, identify efficiencies, and take initiative within the team. We are seeking organized, detail-oriented, and flexible individuals who enjoy a small team environment to thrive in the Client Service Administrator role.
Responsibilities
- Manage weekly client meeting schedules
- Support Client Service Managers and Advisors in preparation for client review meetings including generation of reports from portfolio system and updates to various schedules such as net worth, investment performance and charitable giving
- Generate monthly cash reports and assist Client Service Managers in monitoring client investment accounts
- Prepare custodian paperwork such as new account applications, cash movement and stock transfers
- Coordinate and monitor fund transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assets
- Liaison with custodians, accountants, and money managers
- Review investment trades
- Populate and maintain systems data and client files
- Maintain client documents and producing review books
As a Client Service Administrator, you will work alongside the team Partners, Advisors, and Client Service Managers on a wide range of projects focused on clients' needs. Additionally, the following list of qualifications are preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of work experience in team environment and team-oriented mentality
- High attention to detail and organized
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize work and handle multiple projects at the same time
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to come into the office on a regular weekly basis (hybrid work schedules are available, however this position is not remote)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
