IdeaStage Promotions, LLC is an online promotional products distributor looking for a dedicated, dependable and goal oriented individual. The right candidate must have the ability to work efficiently, navigate multiple programs and have the desire to learn.
The position demands a lot of attention to detail, ability to establish rapport with both customers, vendors and collaborate with personnel. As a representative, you will possess great people skills using judgment to assist customers; ensure high quality service pertaining to pricing, inventory and deadline requests for promotional products. This is a business environment with steady volume quote requests from clients, performing tasks at a determined pace set by customer demand. Someone who would succeed in this position would be confident, outgoing and possess the ability to quickly establish business rapport with customers exuding integrity, honesty and a genuine desire to assist customers to meet their needs.
The efforts and responsibilities associated with this position are critical for driving sales revenue, increasing market credibility, and recognizing the business value in meeting our client’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply customers with accurate product information and pricing via our automated quoting system
- Answer in-bound sales calls and product information inquiries
- Contact suppliers to confirm pricing, production times, and availability
- Refer customers to self-help options on the company website
- Create long term repeat customers by providing excellent service
- Perform assigned duties in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
- Learn and maintain accurate product knowledge for products and processes
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- 6 months experience required; retail acceptable
- Outstanding telephone and customer service etiquette
- High school or equivalent required
- Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
- Mathematical competency
- Minimum of 60 words per minute typing skills
