Aristata Financial is an independent investment firm that helps develop strategies for building, managing, preserving, and transferring wealth for a select group of individuals, families, and businesses. We integrate wealth management and planning services, while providing the highest level of personalized service possible.

We are looking for someone to provide operational and administrative support to a financial advisor and team with the opportunity for advancement to become a financial advisor. Experience and securities registrations preferred, but not required. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are a must, as you will experience complex regulatory demands on a daily basis. We work as a team, so you must work well with people and create a pleasant experience when working with clients.

Some of your responsibilities would include:

• Answering client questions and problem solving
• Preparing for client meetings by gathering information and printing reports
• Opening new accounts and preparing and processing paperwork
• Gathering client data and information to create financial plans
• Maintaining existing accounts and documenting conversations and activity
• Assist with marketing and social media management
• Entering orders (if registered)
• Funds deposits and distributions
• Contribute new ideas to the team
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Answering phones & scheduling
• Investment Analysis (if registered)

Qualifications:

• College degree
• Series 7 & 66, preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills, including planning, prioritizing and overseeing numerous concurrent projects
• Critical thinking skills, proactive and positive attitude, dependable, quality focused
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
