Our client, in the financial services industry, is looking for a full-time Client Support Specialist to join their team. Responsibilities:

· Attend meetings with advisors and clients in person, or via phone/zoom

· Provide accurate notes documenting all meetings

· Update CRM with notes and any changes to client information

· Handle follow-up communication with clients

· Send gifts to clients for birthdays/anniversaries or other celebratory events

· Additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferred

· Experience in finance/wealth management a plus

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Effective and professional oral and written communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills

· Polished and professional presentation
