You are an experienced Clinical Consultant professional with a drive to support Oracle/Cerner Millennium. You work well as a part of a team to deliver and support Oracle Cerner Millennium Clinical Solutions. You are highly committed, team player looking for a new challenge in a hybrid/remote roll.

ABOUT THE JOB
The Oracle Cerner Millennium Clinical Consultant implements or supports the Oracle Cerner Millennium Clinical Solutions in the Acute Care or Ambulatory space, and independently leads or supports the delivery of these solutions with clients. Both workflow and solution configuration knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required experience:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's preferred
• Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cerner Millennium Clinical Solutions in one or more of the following areas: Acute Care, Ambulatory, Emergency Medicine, Radiology/Imaging, Perioperative, Physician Workflow/ Documentation, Orders, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Nursing, Oncology, Long Term Care, Behavioral Health, Surgery
• Cerner Consulting, Support, or Configuration experience in one or more of the aforementioned areas is required
• 2+ years in consulting, Oracle Cerner solution support, or operational leadership or other similar relevant work experience required
• Professional Certifications (LPN, RN, CPhT, RT, RRA, CNA, etc.) preferred
• 3+ years in consulting, operational leadership or other similar relevant work experience preferred
• Ability to travel 25-50%+

• Understanding of and experience in healthcare administration and business operations
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment among driven professionals
• Must be a highly motivated individual able to grasp complex technologies, tools and concepts and learn quickly
