Just started taking our first patients a couple of weeks ago!! Advanced Health Care of Lakewood is a brand new, 36-bed, short term Skilled Nursing Facility looking for a great clinical nurse who is a positive leader. We are looking for an individual who wants to assist the Director of Nursing in leading a phenomenal team of nurses and CNA's to ensure that we provide excellent care to all our patients. We hope this individual can contribute to building upon our foundation with an emphasis on being friendly, positive, and focused on excellence.
