Job description
New England Eye Surgical Center is seeking a Nurse manager. The Nurse Manager will coordinate, supervise and assist in the delivery of care in a busy ophthalmic based Ambulatory Surgical Center. Acts as support and resource person for nurses and surgeons regarding consultation, staffing, and center organization. Provides clinical expertise to staff as needed. Works alongside Office Manager to oversee day to day needs of the surgical center and coordinate operating room scheduling daily.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MA licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, 1 of which was in Charge Nurse capacity.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and computer skills required.
- Demonstrates the role of supervisor in a professional and courteous manner.
- Compassionate and committed to working as a team for the best interest of the facility.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
