Certified Nursing Assistant CNA:

Cedar Health and Rehabilitation is looking to add a couple more committed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to our team. We are looking for dependable, hard working, and fun personalities to join us in taking care of some of the best residents in the county.

Not only was Cedar Health & Rehab voted Best in Class by our local community and awarded the Iron County Skilled Nursing awards for 2020 and 2021, we are two time recipients of the prestigious Ensign Flag Award, an honor bestowed to skilled nursing facilities who demonstrate quality care and customer service above and beyond the normal regulated standards.

Shifts available:

• Day Shift 6am-6pm
• Night Shift, specifically Tues and Thurs 6pm-6am

Job Overview:

• Promptly answer resident call light
• Assist residents with basic ADL’s
• Transport and assist residents throughout the facility
• Maintain safety of residents at all times

Requirements:

• Utah CNA License is required
• CPR Certification
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Passion for helping people
• Great customer service with a smile
