Job description

Runnells Care Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. The CNA will provide basic patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with mobility and nutrition. The CNA will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting the patient's condition to the RN or LPN, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide basic patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with mobility and nutrition
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient
• Assist the RN or LPN in various tasks, such as taking vital signs and preparing equipment
• Communicate with the patient and their family in a professional and compassionate manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of a CNA training program and certification
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect patient privacy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
