Agrace services hospice patients in need of personalized comfort cares and symptom management. Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) spend 1:1 quality time with patients and families at our state-of-the-art facility in the Residential or Inpatient Units. Enjoy getting to know your patients while collaborating with a resourceful team of nurses, LPNs, and fellow CNAs. You will be responsible for visiting patient rooms and performing the individualized care plan as identified by the nurse.

Our CNAs provide vital support to our patients, and we want to provide them with time and resources to preform excellent care. Our inpatient unit offers ratios of 6:1 that allow you to personalize your approach to each patient, one at a time. Helping patients, and families, be comfortable at this stage of life is at the center of what we do, and our CNAs make that possible.

REQUIREMENTS
1. High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
2. Graduation from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program
3. Current, unrestricted Nursing Assistant Certification in state of employment
5. Must be at least 18 years of age
