CNC Lathe Machinist - Broadview, IL
Evening Shift: 3:30pm-12:00am
Full Time, Temp-Hire, $23-$28/hr. BOE
Summary:
Local Manufacturer near Brookfield, IL is currently seeking a CNC Lathe Operator with Mill/ Tooling experience for our Evening Shift with 2 years + experience within the precision machining industry.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ previous experience setting up and operating CNC machines in job type shop environment.
- Ability to read G-code (preferred).
- Experience with CNC, hand tools, measuring instruments, surface. Lathe, programming is a plus.
- Experience with Mazak and Mori Seiki. Some with conventional programming.
- Tool design, machine repair helpful.
- High School graduate or equivalent; reading, basic math.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with a variety of people.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses or safety shoes.
