Creditors’ Rights law firm based in Chicago with satellite office in Milwaukee suburb seeks an attorney to handle consumer and commercial debt collection caseload throughout the State of Wisconsin. Draft, review, and approve all pleadings, motions, and executions. Handle and attend court matters including contested hearings and trials in person and via Zoom. Assist with client audits & communications. Great opportunity to join a firm that is well respected in the credit and collections industry. Primary Responsibilities:

· Creditors’ Rights law firm based in Chicago, Illinois with focus on debt collection seeks an associate in its Wisconsin office.

· Draft, review, and approve all pleadings, motions, and executions.

· Handle court matters including contested hearings and trials in person and via Zoom.

· Assist with client audits & communications

· Candidates must be highly organized, self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and display an attitude that no task is too small to get the job done and serve the client.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Education: Law degree.

· Experience: Recent law school graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. Salary varies based upon experience

· Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Vertican Technologies/Q-Law Collection Software a plus

· Travel: Ability to travel.

· Wisconsin law license is required.

· Skills: Strong communication, written, oral, negotiation, and listening skills. Detail oriented and a strong commitment to customer service.
