Job description

We are looking for a Porter to take care of our commerical and residential clients in the Cherry Hill, Pitman and Sewell areas. The goal is to keep our customers in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supplies
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven working experience as a cleaner preferred but training is available
• Ability to handle equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Reliable transportation
• Integrity
• High school degree or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $200.00 per week
