As a commercial credit analyst, you wil:
- Analyze financial statements, historical business performance and loan requests while supporting the commercial lending group in the preparation of loan presentations and credit analysis.
- Assist commercial lenders in reviewing financial statements and preparing credit presentations.
- Participate in loan committee.
- Research and review lien filings, public state records, credit bureaus, court cases, and other databases to assist with risk assessment of proposed and existing credit relationships.
- Complete annual reviews and renewals for existing credit union relationships. This includes ongoing analysis of financial statements, credit history, account analysis, etc.
- Review financial statements for compliance with borrowing base certificates and/or restrictive covenants.
- Participate in department projects and take an active role to assist in driving quality improvements, processes, and initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly loan reports for use by management and the Board of Directors.
- Complete real estate evaluations for loans secured by real estate.
Job Requirements
- Financial analysis experience highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in business with emphasis in accounting, finance, or other applicable discipline; the appropriate combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Must demonstrate excellent analytical and problem solving skills, good communication skills with excellent computer skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
