Passtime GPS is growing and looking to add a Commission Specialist to the team! The Commission Specialist will be responsible for managing commission payments to ensure transactional accuracy.

Passtime GPS is growing and looking to add a Commission Specialist to the team! The Commission Specialist will be responsible for managing commission payments to ensure transactional accuracy.
What you will be doing:
- Process commission statements including portal download, normalize the information, variance analysis, and system processing
- Track and ensure all commission statements are received and processed in time for commission payouts
- Escalate issues with management as needed
- Create and update reports for commissionable items
- Interact with sales and other associates to research and resolve complex compensation related issues and questions
- Develop relationships with agents and sales managers in order to better assist them in their requests
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational commissions systems, processes and policies
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, and reporting dashboards
- Take on tasks to ensure your team achieves key SLA and KPI metrics
- Review payroll compensations and computerized statements
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
What you need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum 2 years of financial analysis/sales compensation/commission experience or related
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential (Vlookups, Pivot tables, advanced formulas etc.)
- Efficient with NetSuite ERP, Microsoft Office and various business software applications.
- Strong business acumen with analytical and data gathering skills.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Experience effectively presenting information to management.
