Job Summary: Initiate personal care services to patients/clients in their place of residence; Special attendants prevent a break in services; provide a safe and clean environment; work cooperatively with the patient/client and family; and report observations and problems to Supervisor.
Job Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age and must either be a high school graduate or have a GED. Must be certified nurse's aide.
License: Must have current driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to assignments.
