Community Manager
About the Role
The Community Manager is responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for members and visitors to create a strong sense of authentic community and an inclusive culture. This person is responsible for running the daily operations of COhatch, creating marketing and outreach strategies, creating and implementing engaging member events, scheduling workshops for the community, coordinating & hosting corporate sessions, managing non-profit partnerships, maintaining a strong presence in the community, attending after hours events, maintaining a successful market, and maximizing memberships and offsite meetings. We view you as the OWNER and CONNECTOR of this location and community.
You will lead, manage, run, and be responsible for the growth of COhatch Waterfront in West Homestead, PA.
Salary + Bonus Structure
$44,000-$58,000 annual range
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Daily Operations
● Continuously maintain community vibe, orderliness, and cleanliness
● Engaging with members in the West Homestead community
● Opening and closing procedures
● Ordering necessary supplies as needed
Front Desk Coverage
● Answering phone & voicemail messages
● Welcoming members & visitors
● Managing member communications
New Member Sign-Ups
● Conducting tours, closing deals, and implementing new member orientations
● New member onboarding for COhatch and COhatch+
● Management of member invoices, payments, and customer experience
Membership Outreach & COhatch + Engagement
● Maintaining a local presence and participating in community activities
● Creating, scheduling, and implementing monthly community outreachevents
● Creating and sending out member monthly newsletters
● COhatch+ outreach to local businesses
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
