About the role:

We are looking for a savvy, passionate Community Manager who is excited about our customers, sustainability, and beauty! Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Social Media team to own, monitor, and address any customer care inquires across all social channels in a timely manner
- Actively engage with our social media audience to build engagement and brand affinity
- Own monthly reporting on customer trends and behavior on social media and provide strategic recommendations for cross-functional teams including e-commerce, brand, and operations.
- Partner with the e-commerce team to identify opportunities to drive meaningful customer engagement, including brand loyalty and community programs
- Work with the Customer Care team to build out platforms, tools, and guidelines for an efficient and effective customer experience
- Execute and enforce consistent, on-brand Customer Care communications across social media channels in accordance to company guidelines
- Act as a customer advocate and constantly be looking for ways to improve the OSEA customer experience
- Provide email, phone, and live chat support during high volume periods
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or related field
- Obsessed with understanding and building customer relationships
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Possesses an analytical mindset
- Experience with Gorgias, Shopify, or related platforms
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and organized
- Interest in health, wellness & natural beauty
- Thorough and honest
- Curious about what makes people tick: their habits, what they like and share on social media, and why
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, psychic et al)
- Must be willing to fall in love with our products, meditate with our team and have fun while we work!
