Everest Connections is a promotional fundraising and community outreach firm dedicated to expanding the reach of our charity partners in the local community. Our team thrives knowing that we provide access to services that can keep individuals connected. We are searching for a passionate and driven Community Outreach Representative to join our Outreach team to support our mission-focused tasks associated with molding and executing the client's overall strategy. The Community Outreach Representative’s primary responsibilities are to shape strategic relationships and assist the Community Outreach team in conducting outreach events to inform and educate the Fort Collins region. We provide our Community Outreach Representatives with comprehensive training that familiarizes individuals with our marketing strategies and techniques

Community Outreach Representative Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Community Outreach Representative team to plan, implement and execute community events to increase awareness and improve client satisfaction

• Work closely with Management to develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key business leaders, clients, and community-based organizations to ensure all efforts are directed toward building customer enrollments

• Assist donors with registration and enable ongoing communication and support, so they are up to date on program initiatives and milestones

• Provide daily reports of the outreach events and customer enrollments to Management as requested

• Participate in ongoing training related to program knowledge and compliance

Community Outreach Representative Requirements:

• 0-3 years experience in community outreach, customer service, or sales preferred

• Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills

• Ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision and handle confidential information

• Confident in working under pressure and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment

• Ability to team build and motivate staff

• Reliable transportation and punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $600.00 per week
