Bobcat of Brainerd is looking to hire a full-time qualified technician to join our team in Brainerd, Minnesota.

This is a full-time 40 hours per week position with opportunities for overtime available. We value each team member and strive to provide an industry leading benefits package. Bobcat of Brainerd is a division of RTL Equipment, Inc. RTL Equipment is a heavy construction equipment dealer with locations in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Big Lake, and Brainerd. RTL is an authorized distributor of cranes, excavators, wheel loaders, compact construction equipment, and aggregate equipment. Wages based on Experience.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and repair customer and company owned equipment

· Proficiently diagnose mechanical, diesel, hydraulic, and electrical issues and codes

· Communicate with Service Managers and OEM Representatives to ensure repair issues are resolved accurately in a timely manner

· Document the repair process and parts needed in the work order

· Follow-up with customers to ensure their machines are working properly post-repair

Qualifications:

· 2-5 years of Technician experience or 2-year technical degree

· Positive attitude and desire to work well with others

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Current Class D w/ chauffeur’s endorsement, CDL, or ability to obtain one

· Ability to pass Drug Test
