We will be asking you to take our Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments through Predictive Index, you will be automatically prompted to take the Assessment as part of the online Application process.

This is a 2-part Assessment, the first part is a Behavioral Assessment and takes about 3 minutes. The second Assessment is a Cognitive Assessment that takes 12 minutes. Don't be nervous, this isn't a test, there is no "pass" or "fail"! It's simply an Assessment that will help us ensure we consider you for a position best suited for you. It will also be used to help us ensure you are most effectively trained and developed so that you thrive and grow should you join EōS.

At EōS Fitness, Facilities is a critical role. Our Facilities Teams have a tremendous amount of contact with our members and guests. We are looking energetic people to join our growing team. As a Facilities Technician, you must possess great customer service, a high level of professionalism, dependability and have a positive attitude even during the busiest of times. At EoS, we work together as a team, and want those who can contribute and work independently as well. And, while the entire club plays a role in the cleanliness of our club, it's our Facilities Technician who takes lead on executing all things related to cleaning. This means that you cannot be afraid to clean toilets, take out the trash, pick up the trash or dust! We are looking for candidates who are proficient at multitasking and work well in a high stress atmosphere. If you feel as though you could be part of our team, we want to hear from you!

Department: Operations

Essential Purpose: Deliver a conspicuously clean and orderly workout environment while engaging our members and overseeing the cleaning company and club attendant.

Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Other Responsibilities:

• Managing and executing club cleanliness.
• Building, janitorial and equipment maintenance and safety.
• Hire, train, supervise, coach and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Partner with the GM to ensure adequate inventory of maintenance and locker room supplies.
• Ensures proper operation of all club areas.

Accountabilities:

• Enforce gym rules
• Maintaining gym floor
• Restroom Check
• Team Clean

KPIs:

• Injury reports
• Restroom Checklist
• Daily Walk-Through Log

Targets:

• 0 injuries
• 100% compliance of restroom checklist
