Vehicle Coordinator for our company’s headquarters in Bridgeton, Missouri. If you possess:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in the automotive dealership or repair area
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred

As a Vehicle Coordinator:
What you will do:
- Acquire vehicles for evaluation purposes through our network of local automotive resources
- Manage communication for the use of vehicles from various channels for testing, evaluation, and customer demonstrations
- Source and maintain established relationships with our dealership network while interfacing with engineering department and field personnel
- Assist with product testing, field-testing data entry and some maintenance of field test equipment
- Additional duties as assigned
Additional Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
- Basic PC skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Automotive experience preferred; dealership or repair center experience a plus (Service writer, Auto Customer Service)
- Electronics and diagnostic experience a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team mentality and ability to work collectively
- Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record and a reliable vehicle for driving to dealerships. Mileage allowance included.
- Must be able to lift 25-50
