Credence Construction is seeking an Office Manager/Full Charge Bookkeeper. The role of Office Manager/Bookkeeper includes running the office, ensuring continuity in all client files, creating and executing purchase orders, sales, ensure legal requirement compliance, A/P, A/R, budgets, and managing invoices. Our ideal candidate has construction and/or remodeling experience with specific knowledge of bookkeeping processes, is highly skilled with Microsoft Office products and QuickBooks.

Once acclimated to the Bookkeeping position there will be additional administrative responsibilities to assist with day-to-day tasks including but not limited to permitting, ordering supplies, etc. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under high stress conditions is essential.

Requirements:

- Using QuickBooks to perform accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, collections, and other weekly reports for your assigned clients.

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Maintenance of the Chart of Accounts and the General Ledger in QuickBooks.

- SAP experience desired accounts payable/receivable, payroll (in-house), general ledger, collections, and other weekly reports for your assigned clients.

- Strong communication skills and ability to receive constructive criticism.

- Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.

- Prior work done in public accounting is desired.

- Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines.

- 5 years of accounting experience in a construction environment.

All candidates will need to be able to pass a background and drug test and must have a clean driving record.
