The Construction PM will monitor all aspects of construction to improve performance across cost, schedule, safety and quality. This position will also work daily with the Construction Division Lead to ensure program execution performance.
Job Qualifications:

• A degree in engineering from a four-year accredited Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) university or an architecture degree from a National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) accredited university.
• 10 years minimum experience in construction program and/or project management
• 5 years minimum AE or construction experience on Federal projects. Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) / Registered Architect (RA) is highly desirable.

• 15 years minimum personnel management experience in an engineering, architectural, or construction firm.
• 10 years minimum experience preparing and delivering briefs to senior executives.
• 12 years minimum experience in construction program and/or project management with at least one program exceeding $500M
• 5 years minimum AE or construction experience on DOD project. Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) / Registered Architect (RA) is highly desirable. If the candidate does not have a PE or RA, then a PMP with the Project Management Institute (PMI) or CCM with the Construction Management Association of American (CMAA) is required along with extensive experience of successfully managing large-scale construction programs.
