Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Nellis and Creech Air Force Base, NV 89191 (Las Vegas)

Clearance: Ability to OBTAIN a DoD Secret Security Clearance

Citizenship: US Citizen

AttainX, Inc. is in search of a highly energetic Project Programmer with Facility Programming experience. The selected candidate will provide O&M engineering expertise involving construction design, maintenance, and repair of infrastructure facilities for our government client.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited university or college.
• 4+ Years of Facility Programming Experience.
• Experienced with Facility Programming and Engineering using CADD Software.
• Experience with providing O&M engineering expertise involving construction design, maintenance, and repair of infrastructure facilities.
• Ability to review architecture and engineer designs for future construction, renovations, and improvements.
• Effective verbal, project coordination and written communication skills.
• Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret Clearance.

Skills Requirements:

• Expertise in the following software:
• Microsoft Office.
• Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) software.
• Preparing, presenting, and reviewing designs of real property.

Job Duties:

• Provide quality planning and programming expertise to support facilities projects by establishing facility and infrastructure requirements critical to the mission.
• Ensure project requests meet validated requirements that are in compliance with all applicable standards.
• Support Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Military Family Housing (MFH), Non-Appropriate Fund (NAF), Special Interest Programs, Host-Tenant, Real Property Maintenance Contract (RPMC) and various Military Construction (MCP/MILCON) programs.
• Utilize knowledge, theories and practices of professional engineering to evaluate existing assets and determine the economical and effective means of satisfying facility needs.
• Address environmental and legal (DoD, AF and other legislative) compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with planning/architectural professionals to ensure programs/projects are compatible with existing land use and architecture.
• Review contracted and in-house designs to determine compatibility, maintainability and functionality.
• Create programming documents such as data forms, funding forms, formal presentation drawings, progress/status, presentations and other supporting documents.
• Continuously track, justify and adjust programming to account for unforeseen setbacks, resolves findings and/or scheduling conflicts.

Non-Essential and Other Functions:

• General Duty Requirements
• Keeps abreast of emerging technologies to ensure programmed development will not prematurely become obsolete.
• Maintain knowledge facility engineering computer software such as CADD.
• Complies with health, safety, and environmental rules and procedures and performs work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work environment.
• Ensures federal, state, and local codes concerning health, safety, and the environment are strictly adhered to in the programming, design, and construction of real property facilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
