Leading construction company in the area is looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor. We are looking for a hardworking, diligent and detail-oriented professional who is committed to our mission. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to take on constructive criticism, communicate clearly and effectively with co-workers and management, and take complex projects and simplify them into easy-to-follow tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Complete daily site inspections to ensure job quality standards are being met.
• Provide quality control over materials and workmanship, and to ensure the specifications are being followed properly.
• Communicate with city building inspectors regarding safety hazards, code violations, and other issues.
• Ensure that all personnel on the construction site have proper safety training.
• Supervise the construction of new buildings, structures, and roads.
• Evaluate bids from subcontractors for specific construction jobs.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain the schedule for general contractors or property owners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
