Summary: The Surveyor both reports to and takes direction from the General Superintendent. The primary responsibilities of the Surveyor, surveys and investigates land surfaces to project precise measurement and location of lines, angles, points, areas, and elevations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs project research, boundary calculations, and records accuracy of survey data, notes, and sketches
• Responsible for the data calculation, supervision and administration required to record collected data
• Control Monument Survey 3rd party verification as required
• Surveying pile locations, surveying and verification of site boundaries , surveying site grade , anchor bolt layouts , equipment layouts, as built surveys, checking plum of vessels and structural steel ECT.

Work Experience 1-4 years job related industrial construction experience.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour

• Construction Surveying: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Surveyor License (Preferred)
