Senior Management Consultant Denturist Position, Roar Denture Center, Oregon

We are a leading Denture Center in the state of Oregon, located in the fast-growing city of Prineville, Oregon. Job-Type: Full-Time. Monday to Friday, No weekends.

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze current prosthetic management systems.
• Analyze current patient care management systems.
• Review existing management organization for training programs and determine relevant applications based upon productivity and patient relations.
• Provide prosthetic management practices for the development of digital workflow programs.
• Establish SOPs and provide guidelines in yearly targets.
• Complete all documentation in the dental records in accordance with all rules and regulations while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment.

Qualifications

• Denturist licensure compliant with the State Board of Dentistry with no negative actions
• Should have at least 3+ years of experience in senior management consulting in the field of denturism/denturist.
• Two (7) + years’ experience as a licensed Denturist preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients.
• Should have a bachelor’s degree in dental and or diploma in denturism.

Pay: $49,274.76 - $133,164.70 per year
