Our Client - an Event Planning and Event Rental Company, is looking to hire a Controller join their growing business!
What you’ll do:
- Develop and track Key Performance Metrics
- Create options for tracking product and event profitability
- Create cash flow models supporting our seasonal business
- Provide financial strategy and guidance for pricing decisions, long-term projections, and strategy formulation/refinement
- Develop budget and forecast models
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Assess current bookkeeping and accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
- Prepare monthly sales tax returns
- Manage the relationship with the bank
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s core inventory tracking & sales management software
What you can bring to the table:
- BA or MA in Business or Finance
- 3-5 years’ experience in Controller or Financial Analyst Position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
