Job Duties:

* Supervising Employees

* General Operations of the Store

* Assist the managers and or employees with tasks and or projects.

* Covering shifts

* Training new employees

* Walk through at the beginning and end of shift to make sure Bathrooms, Showers and store is neat and clean.

Shift would be 2:00pm-11pm with the rare occurance of covering until 3a if third shift calls off

Anything over 40hours is time and a half.

Our company is seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of business operations and possess extensive knowledge of company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also have a unique vision for the direction of their store and will work to develop effective and creative operational strategies. Our Store Managers are in charge of managing their store's staff, overseeing daily operations and deciding on the best ways to meet our customers' needs while maximizing profits.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor profitability.
• Manage employees.
• Maintain site cleanliness and organization.
• Create systems to prevent employee theft.
• Supervise inventory and other logistics.
• Plan events and special sales.
• Communicate with central management team.
• Make executive decisions when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
