Job description
The Loft Wine Bar & Restaurant in Benicia, CA is looking for an experienced cook to join our team. We are located on 280 1st Street in downtown Benicia, CA. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.
Pay starts at minimum wage. After initial training pay will include tip split. Average pay for this position (minimum wage + tip split) typically between $19 and $23 per hour.
Responsibilities

*Set up workstations *Cook dishes to business standards *Follow health and safety guidelines *Prepare ingredients for use during shift *Assist server by delivering dishes to guests when possible
Qualifications

*Proven working experience as a cook *Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils *Strong attention to detail *Food Safety Card (Managers Certification Preferred) *Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays and Tuesdays. Compensation is $19.00 - $23.00/hour.
