We are a family owned and operated muti-plex theater and we opened our movie themed bar & grill, The Shire!

Opened for almost two years and have lucked out and getting some of the best staff a kitchen could as for! We are looking for one more cook (training available) full time.

Job requirements:

Must be kind and have a positive attitude towards staff.

Must be open to learning new things.

Must be able to operate a grill and fryer safely or be willing to learn.

Pay will be determined by experience but we are happy to train someone with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities will include:

Safely operating a fryer & grill.

Prep cook.

Ability to properly label and store food.

Keeping up with daily and weekly cleaning practices.

Lastly, and this cannot be stressed enough. It is absolutely crucial to have a positive attitude. We know all too well how stressful a kitchen can get but we serve smash patty burgers and grilled sandwiches. No messed-up order is worth lashing out at another staff member front OR back of house. Mistakes will happen and that is OK. We're all in this together and if we can work well together, we can make money together!

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
