Villa Napoletana is a family owned fine dining Italian restaurant looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the chef’s specifications and to maintain stations for menu. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our guest satisfaction and acquisition goals. MUST have Sunday Brunch availability (8:00am - 5:00 pm)
Responsibilities
- Set up stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prep brunch food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables/fresh, waffle mix, )
- Make waffles and omelettes made to order
- Answer, report and follow chef’s instructions
- Stock inventory appropriately (omelette and waffle toppings)
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
