Objective
This position oversees all operations of the cooling including the picking and loading of our truck routes, as well as bringing product in from the production floor.

Compensation

1.) This is an hourly paid position, scheduled to work 4 days per week (M, T, TH, F) and 40 hours/week. Typical start time is 8am and ends when the work is done, an average 10 hours day

Requirements

-Must have a valid drivers license

-Can move 200 lbs of fluid product on a hand truck

-Ability to do mental math and take accurate inventories

-Must have good personal hygiene

-Must have excellent communication skills and connects well with other people (Customer Service)

-Excellent organizational skill and the ability to multi-task

-Problem solve for the good of the company

-Flexible and works well with change

-Willingness and ability to learn new skills

Duties & Responsibilities

-Bring product off production floor and place into orders or designate storage space

-The ability to fill orders correctly and in a timely manner

-Work to help keep the cooler clean and sanitary

-Keep products properly rotated

-Fill the wholesale trucks in order of routes and diagrams that the driver wants his load

-Assist others in the cooler when necessary

-Ability to move and rotate class B route truck at out loading docks
