Coordinated Entry Specialist

Full-Time

Fall River, MA

Catholic Social Services (CSS) operates within the physical boundaries of the Diocese of Fall River providing array of services to individuals and families in need as well as connecting individuals to resources that are available within their respective communities to sustain long-term stable housing. CSS is seeking a full time individual to work in our Coordinated Entry Program, providing services to homeless individuals.

The Coordinated Entry Specialist will assist clients with identifying community resources and providing advocacy and offer support and guidance in crisis situations.

The Coordinated Entry Specialist is also responsible providing services that are safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable and client-centered.

Qualifications include:

• Experience working with homeless population with complex presentations including chronic trauma preferred
• Must be comfortable working in community settings
• High level of personal accountability for the quality and impact of work

· Reliable transportation required

• Bi-lingual helpful
