Immanuel is seeking a Maintenance/Driver to work at Copper Shores Village located at 1500 Edgewater Drive, Pleasant Hill, IA 50327. Copper Shores Village has 99 dually certified assisted living/independent living apartments and 16 memory support apartments. Situation right next to Copper Creek Lake.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm No weekends or holidays (except on rare occasions)
Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do
The overall purpose of this job is to support both resident transportation needs and support maintenance needs of the Community. The primary responsibilities of this job include diagnosing problems, cleaning, painting, assembling, electrical work, mechanical work, carpentry, record keeping, and completing facility maintenance and repairs in a timely manner. Transportation responsibilities include safely operating a motor vehicle, scheduling routes, maintaining vehicles, carrying luggage, and assisting
residents boarding and exiting vehicles.

Skills & Requirements
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Equivalent years of work may substitute for education requirement.
One (1) year of chauffeuring or related experience is required.
One (1) year of facilities maintenance or related experience is required.
Valid driver’s license with own dependable transportation.
