Responsibilities:
- Administers the recruitment process from beginning to end including, candidate sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling interviews with HR, post-interview follow-up, and verbal offers
- Source candidates through professional networks, social media to find passive candidates
- Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring status and process
- Screen and interview candidates during the first stages of the process
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a recruiter, filling hard to fill positions
- Experience in managing multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues & heavy sourced roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- 1-5 years of full-cycle recruiting
- Bachelors Degree
Compensation:
This position pays a base salary of $40K a year plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonus'. Our recruiters who excel on plan have been compensated an average of $80,000+ a year after salary, commissions, and bonus' are calculated.
