Corporate Support Specialist (Fairfax, VA)

We are seeking a Corporate Support Specialist to join our team working at our Fairfax, VA office location.
- *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintains training and performance management software.
- Communicates with managers to identify training and reporting requirements.
- Provides basic technical assistance to company to support efficient usage of software and reporting requests (ADP, TipQA, Absorb, PerformYard).
- Helps to maintain corporate online portals and communications.
- Provides clerical support to corporate departments to include Accounting, Human Resources (includes recruiting), IT, Security, Facilities, Material Handling, Contracts, Procurement, and Safety, Mission Assurance.
- Performs accurate data entry and documentation into corporate system data bases, including NaVision, ADP, TipQA, SIMS and PTS.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date files in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Supports corporate internal and external audits, as requested.
- Performs ad hoc projects to include employee surveys and research projects. Summarizes data for analysis and supports implementation of programs as requested.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Performs other duties as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification: Associates or equivalent experience in a related field
Years of Experience: 0 - 2 years in an office setting
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal (written and verbal) communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve and work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of basic computer use and related systems.
- Ability to effectively relate and work with all levels of employees.
- Ability to effectively collect, analyze, evaluate, and prepare metrics.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
