ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Overall, support management of the pricing strategy for the Carlex Aftermarket Glass business.
• Analyze market data (pricing and volume) for sales and margin opportunity.
• Analyze item costs to appropriately determine pricing and margins per SKU. (Acquisition, Freight, packaging & other costs).
• Review Carlex sales and margin data to uncover sales opportunities through pricing adjustments.
• Price new parts added to Carlite product line using cost, margin goals and market data.
• Develop monthly customer price files.
• Analyze price change requests from sales force to determine if requested changes meet margin requirements.
• Responsible for recurring management reporting including department reports and business variance analysis.
• Provide commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance and continuous improvement projects.
• Support the strategic planning and strategic initiatives by providing financial planning and modeling skills.
• Support Plant operating team through daily/weekly/monthly performance metric consolidated KPI reporting.
• Business analytics on an ad hoc
