Counter Help (Smiling Sprinkles)

Position Summary

Join Cookiehead and his cast of animated friends on their weekly adventures as they work along with the enchanted recipe book and under the close eye of the Ultimate Cookie Wizard, baking and sharing scrumptious and unique magical cookies at this new fun and exciting baking concept.

This role will report to the Store Manager and partner with the Team/Shift Lead.

We are looking for enthusiatic, talented, creative bakers and foodies to join the Cookiehead Team. This position works to turn our magical recipes into amazing cookies, uses frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers.

As the counter help, you will use your knowledge of customer service to provide high quality products to our guests while demonstrating a focus on friendly, amazing service in a magically fun environment.

· Consider yourself a “people person” and enjoy making a connection with guests.

· Ability to create an exquisite and courteous customer service experience by ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, and maintaining solid product knowledge.

· Love working as a team and willing to be cross trained.

· Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work.

· Are comfortable with responsibilities like cash handling and store safety.

· Can maintain a clean and restocked work environment while ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift (cleaning/housekeeping duties).

· Ability to frost and decorate cookies (preferred).

· Packing and preparing cookies.

· Ability to interpret, understand and follow all policies and procedures of this company.

· Ability to walk, stand and lift for up to 8 hours and max 50lbs.

Requirements:

· Legally able to work in US

· Must have 2+ years cashier experience (preferred)

· Must have 2+ years frosting and decorating experience (preferred)

· Able to work weekends, mornings, afternoons, evening, and/or holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $13.00 per hour
