CASH TIPS are distributed per night, the range listed in compensation is an average of what to expect nightly in tips.

**If you feel like you are a TOP bartender in the state feel free to apply. If you do not feel like this is you, lets not waste each other's time as you will be making specific cocktails on-the-whim in the interviews**

Your colleagues are all experts and professionals, we expect you to be as well with hefty experience and solid communication skills, depth of knowledge in hospitality, food & beverage, and mostly service etiquette.
